Lauren Resnick is the author of the travel guide Princess with a Backpack, (Morgan James Publishing, New York), which provides tips and advice for young, savvy women looking to travel abroad and in style. Following the success of her book, Lauren founded this travel website which provides value for money, inspirational travel advice for women around the globe.

Born in South Africa and raised in Australia, Lauren now calls New York City home. With a background in Architecture, her travel publications have a focus on great design, and are filled with a range of tips from stylish interiors to fabulous fashion and food from hundreds of cities and holiday destinations world-wide.

At a young age, Michelle found herself photographing architecture and interiors everywhere she travelled. At the age of 22, one of her first jobs was writing for a global leading travel company providing online photography and written content for hotels and tourist destination boards around the world. At the same time, Michelle wrote for a luxury residential real estate company in the West side of Vancouver. Her love for travel, photography, writing and architecture has taken her to a life working as a global property professional, having worked in Vancouver, Sydney, London and now Copenhagen in residential and investment property. Fortunately, the world of property is becoming more and more global, which allows Michelle to pursue her love for travel and writing about her experiences all over Europe.

Michelle’s travel background encompasses trips across all over Europe, Australia, Canada, USA, Mexico, and the most adventurous to Everest Base Camp in Nepal.  When not travelling, Michelle can be found in either Copenhagen or Vancouver, where she is most likely planning her next trip.

In the winter, she is busy exploring charming villages in the Alps.

Alexa’s travel background encompasses trips across five continents, including a 7-month backpacking excursion throughout Australia and Southeast Asia, a 4 day hike along the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu, and a transformative move that established her career in London.  When not travelling, Alexa can be found in her home city of Vancouver, where she is most likely planning her next trip.
